South Park did it. Family Guy did it.
And now The Simpsons have finally made the transition from animated TV classic to fully-fledged filmic heroes.
The show has dealt with many themes over the twenty years and 400 episodes it has been running.
Possibly every theme imaginable in fact, so what are they going to tackle in their upcoming film?
Well, a couple of arcs will discuss the Environment (sample element the screening of a movie called The Irritating Truth sound familiar?), and Religion (Homer flicks through a bible crying There are no answers in this book!)
But what is the moral, the one thing we should all take away from the experience?
A man should always listen to his wife Matt Groening shares.
Well said.
But how far are creators Matt Groening and Al Jean going to push the envelope now theyre away from TV constraints?
Jean had one thing to say at the Q&A session held in London this week; South Parks penis is bigger than our penis...
Take that how you will...
