As more revelations involving the Chris Benoit case keep arising, a prosecutor is now questioning whether his son Daniel actually had a mental condition.
It was widely reported last week that Daniel suffered from an inherited impairment closely linked to autism called Fragile X syndrome.
Fayette County prosecutor Scott Ballard said in a news release that some of the boy's medical records have been reviewed but "they do not mention any pre-existing mental or physical impairment."
Ballard adds that family members and the boy�s teachers are also denying he had Fragile X, and was physically undersized.
