Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2?

The unexpected success of March?s ?TMNT? has given rise to rumours about a sequel among fans.

Now rumblings from the film?s production company, Imagine Entertainment, say that the odds of a sequel have risen tremendously thanks to positive negotiations with Warner Bros and The Weinstein Company, which helped distribute the movie.

The film, which featured the voices of Sarah Michelle Gellar, Ziyi Zhang, Patrick Stewart and Laurence Fishburne, opened at number one and was a considerable success at the box office.

It is thought that most of the voice actors will return for a second film, apart from Mako (the voice of Splinter), who sadly died shortly after completing his work on the film.

There is no planned date for a sequel but expect announcements soon.
