Cameron Diaz is facing a court subpoena after her new boyfriend�s �secret wife� launched a claim for adultery.

Magician Criss Angel is being challenged in New York Supreme Court after Joanne Sarantakos claimed she has been secretly married to him for five years.

Sarantakos alleges Angel insisted their relationship was kept under wraps so he did not alienate hi female fans, but his new relationship with Diaz has pushed her into legal action.

Her lawyer says of the case, �We're naming Cameron Diaz as his lover. We will subpoena her.�

Her father Richard Winkhart adds, �When his career took a jump forward, he became a different person. My daughter was never acknowledged as his wife. He told her it was a better single image, than a married image.�
