Ordinary Boys singer Preston and his wife Chantelle have split up after being married for ten months.

The couple famously met on Celebrity Big Brother, when Chantelle was the non-celebrity who became famous as a result of winning the show (see what they did there?).

In a joint statement the couple said: �After much soul-searching and tearful discussions we have sadly decided to end our marriage�

�We hope we can always remain friends and still love each other, but we both think we put so much pressure on one another to make our marriage work that it has ended up destroying our relationship�

Maybe Preston could blame Simon Amstell? After all, Chantelle�s autobiography was a work of utter genius. Either way it�s a sad day for the reality TV world.
