It seems as though Paris Hilton's jail saga ended in the same way it began � in a blinding flurry of flashbulbs.

As the heiress was leaving prison, photographers sprinted down the middle of the street chasing her parents' black SUV.

When the car stopped at a red light, frenzied snappers leapt out of their vehicles and surrounded the Hilton's car.

A little over an hour after her release the heiress arrived back at her parents' Beverley Hills mansion accompanied by more photographers.

Paris, who is obviously on a high took it all in her stride and happily posed for pictures.
