Heather Mills To Give Evidence In Court Today

Heather Mills is going to court today to give evidence against the photographer who allegedly assaulted her.

Paul McCartney�s estranged wife is scheduled to appear at the trial at Brighton Magistrates' Court today, with proceedings against snapper Jay Kaycappa expected to be over by the end of the day.

Kaycappa stands accused of grabbing Mills in a subway under Brighton seafront, and is also alleged to have assaulted Mills's companion, Mark Payne, in Brighton the following day.
