Black Hawk Down star Tom Sizemore was tearful as he appeared in a Los Angeles County Courtroom, where he admitted to violating his probation.
He was arrested last month in Bakersfield on suspicion of various drug charges. He openly wept in court, pleading with the judge not to put him in jail.
He said: "I don't want to go to jail... Give me one more chance... I have a terrible disease. Drugs have strapped me around the neck... I guarantee I am not going to be here again! I want to rehabilitate myself and become a good productive citizen to society."
However, the judge made it clear that it was no longer a matter of probation because he had already �abused� that privilege. Tom�s brother Paul was there to support him at the hearing.
He is due back in court on Monday June 25 to hear his fate.
