Ditsy socialite Paris Hilton was rightly jailed for violating her probation order according to TV's Judge Judy.

The heiress is currently serving 45 days in the slammer after she was caught driving with a suspended licence.

Los Angeles authorities have been accused of treating her harshly but the outspoken TV judge insists that her sentence was fair.
