Heath Ledger has been spotted �in character� as the Joker filming a sequence for the summer 2008 movie "The Dark Knight". A set based spy has described several scenes in the film and in particular the appearance and laugh of the Joker himself.
The anonymous tipster said to joblo.com: �I. saw. the. JOKER!� [he] does not look as grotesque as he did in the photo on the harveydent site. He has long hair with green highlights in it, he was wearing a long purple jacket with a blue sport coat under it, purple gloves�.
Another key feature of the character is his laugh (well he is the Joker), which the source describes as "high pitched, unique and really badass. Not exactly like Nicholson's, but who the hell can pull that off? It was awesome, just leave it at that".
A cryptic message on the �hacked� promotional website indicates the Joker may be revealed around Christmas time (the message read "See you in December"), but with new spy reports coming in every day, can Warners keep their new character a secret for much longer?
