Jake Gyllenhaal Headed For Broadway?

?Donnie Darko? and ?Brokeback Mountain? star Jake Gyllenhaal is rumoured to be taking a role in a political play on Broadway.

The actor has held a private reading for the part with the producers of the play, ?Farragut North?.

It is said that Gyllenhaal will be up for the part of communications director for an unusual presidential candidate, said to be based on real-life candidate Howard Dean.
