Anne Heche Did Not Lose Custody

Reports that Anne Heche lost custody to her soon-to-be ex Coley Laffoon are not true.

According to TMZ.com, a judge ruled that the child must reside in Los Angeles and when Heche is home custody is split 50/50 between the two.

Heche will begin shooting her TV Show �Men in Trees� in Vancouver in August where she will get visitation rights every second weekend.
