He tells them, �It's true that my age sometimes worries me. Each birthday is an almost unpleasant date. I told myself that being single in your thirties is fine. But at 46 it's a bit worrying.

Hugh�s got a bit of a problem that may hamper his chances of wedded bliss: he still runs a mile at the thought of commitment.

"I would like to get married but at the same time I'm horrified by those couples that I see around me and the lack of affection and passion that can result from the passing of time."

He also drops the bombshell that he doesn�t mind talking about his private life: �I understand where the interest comes from. When I think about actors, I prefer to know who they're going to bed with than what their next film will be."
