Rosie O?Donnell has claimed the bust up that supposedly ended her run on The View was just a ?publicity stunt?.

Rosie left the popular chat show last month after she rowed with with fellow presenter Elisabeth Hasselbeck, but Rosie now says the episode was just a ruse.

She told the New York Daily News at the launch of her new book Celebrity Detox that her publicist, "orchestrated that whole publicity thing just to get more attention for the book ... brazenly calling up the other hosts, telling them to incite me."
