Pamela Anderson has claimed that she doesn't recognise herself on screen � because her surgically-enhanced boobs look bigger than in real life.

The former Baywatch star puts her larger-look TV breasts down to clever lighting.

"I think my breasts expand on TV. I swear I don't feel that big. When I look at them on TV, I think, 'Who is that?' It's all lighting," she tells Closer.

Well, they say the camera adds 10lbs.

Pamela also reveals that she maintains her sexy figure by playing sport with her children.

 "My kids keep me in shape. I play every sport with them. Football, basketball, baseball - I'm always outside and on the beach, and in the water.

"I'm vegetarian, but I don't go to the gym and I don't diet."
