Heather Mills has been reportedly ditched from top US TV show The View after a bust-up with host Barbara Walters.

A planned week-long guest slot on the show has been ditched after Mills angered Walters after apparently missing an interview following her appearance on Dancing With The Stars.

According to The Mirror, Walters told a live studio audience after Mills� no-show, �When I brought up that maybe everything she had said was not totally true, a whole other side of her came out."

However, a friend of the estranged wife of Sir Paul McCartney claims Heather turned down the slot to look after her daughter Beatrice instead.
