Lane Garrison is expected to plead guilty to the felony charges brought against him when he appears at an LA court today.
According to TMZ, the actor will plead guilty to vehicular manslaughter and DUI with bodily injury. He'll also admit to providing alcohol to a minor and that his blood alcohol level was over .15, which could increase his sentence by eight months.
Garrisons lawyer, Harland Braun, told the website that no sentencing deal has been struck: "Lane fully expects to go to prison or jail. It's very unusual for anyone in our society to accept responsibility for anything."
Garrison faces a possible six years and eight months behind bars for his involvement in a car accident that killed a 17-year-old student in December.
