Hollywood star Sylvester Stallone has been fined a measly $2,500 for bringing 48 vials of human growth hormone into Australia.
The 60-year-old star was caught with the illegal substances by Australian customs when he arrived to promote his new film 'Rocky Balboa'.
Sylvester had explained to an Australian court that he had been prescribed the hormone treatment to help him look his best whilst filming a new Rambo movie.
He told customs officials, This stuff gives your body a boost and you feel and look good. Doing Rambo is hard work, and I am going to be in Burma for a while.
"Where do you think I am going to get this stuff in Burma?"
However, his lawyer Phillip Boulten claims Stallone who was not in court was taking the hormones for an undisclosed medical condition.
He had told an earlier court hearing, This is not some back-alley bodybuilder dealing covertly with some banned substance in some sort of secret way.
The maximum fine for the offence was A$111,000.
