Sir Paul McCartney has been accused of faking a paternity test by a German woman who claims to be his daughter.
Bettina Hubers, 44, alleges the former Beatle sent a double to provide blood and tissue samples in 1983.
Following the tests a court ruled McCartney had not fathered Hubers after an alleged brief affair with her waitress mother Erika during the Beatles pre-fame stint in Hamburg.
However, Hubers now claims to the Daily Mirror, The signature on the documents he signed at the time were false. The signature is from a right-handed person and he is not.
"I want a new paternity test. It's my right. It's taken so long because we have been fighting to find out the truth."
Whilst the public prosecutor's office in Berlin confirms they are investigating a complaint of fraud against him, a source close to Sir Paul says the matter is ridiculous claiming that Hubers is a nutter.
Charming!
