Despite gaining an almost perfect score and the adoration of the judges, actor Ian Ziering has been voted off Dancing With The Stars.

Wearing an Elvis costume complete with wig during the jive dance wasn�t enough to save him from the chop.

Upon learning the news Ian praised his professional dance partner Cheryl Burke and said: "I've accomplished my goal. I've learned how to dance."

The three remaining contestants to compete in the final are Anton Ohno, Laila Ali and Joey Fatone.
