Sister Ashley was asked by her twin to get matching rhinoplasties, and although keen on the idea of having matching snouts, Mary-Kate took the plunge first and showed up at the Metropolitan Museum's Costume Institute Gala with a smaller looking nose.

A source was said to have told website cityrag: "Ashley looked the same but Mary-Kate's nose really seemed to have been trimmed down."
