Paris Hilton goes to court today over drink-driving charges, with the prosecuting lawyer demanding jail time for the star.

Los Angeles city attorney Rockard J Delgadillo says in court papers that �Hilton be ordered to serve 45 days in County Jail� for "flagrantly disregarding" a drink drive ban imposed in January, according to The Sun.

Delgadillo also wants Paris' Bentley to be impounded and most intrigingly the star to be banned from boozing for 90 whole days.

If the judge agrees that means the socialite will be fitted with a device that alerts police if she is drinking alcohol.
