Britney Spears has apparently pulled the plug on a series of so-called �secret� gigs planned for this week.
The singer was reportedly all set for a comeback performance at LA's Forty Deuce club under the name, The M+Ms.
The club's owner, Ivan Kane, claims she even got as far as rehearsing at the venue.
�She came on stage during rehearsals, looking very hot, with four back-up dancers and sang three songs. They ran through the set several times, the choreography was smokin', and she sounded great," says Kane on the club�s website.
According to reports, the recently rehabed singer has decided that she needs more time to rehearse for her comeback show.
The latest rumours have Spears playing a number of surprise shows next week so expect those daily dance workouts to continue.
