Hugh Grant has apparently claimed he has �not done anything wrong� over his alleged paparazzi attack on Tuesday.

Grant was arrested on Wednesday over allegations he attacked Ian Whittaker, with the actor reportedly hurling a can of baked beans at the photographer before kicking him outside his London home.

However, according to the Daily Mirror, Grant thinks he�s in the clear.

He has reportedly told friends, �I'm confident I will be vindicated at the end of this and have not done anything wrong."

However, with pictures already being published of the incident Hugh may be batting on a sticky wicket.

He has been in trouble with the cops before... but that was only for soliciting a prostitute.
