Lane Garrison, who played one of the escaped convicts on Fox's hit TV show 'Prison Break', is to plead guilty on charges of manslaughter.
TMZ reports that Garrison was scheduled to enter the plea this morning, but his lawyer Harland Braun asked for a continuance.
Braun has now announced that his client Garrison will enter a guilty plea on May 21st. He faces a maximum of six years behind bars.
"Lane is very sad about the accident" Braun told reporters, adding that the actor told him earlier that: "People are going to Iraq to risk their lives for our country and I am simply facing punishment for something I have done"
The charges of vehicular manslaughter stem from last December, with the death of a Beverly Hills high school student.
Apparently Garrison's blood alcohol level was .20, more than twice the legal limit, at the time of the accident.
