Lindsay Lohan and Hilary Duff have apparently ended their feud, now that they are no longer competing for the tween market.

Speaking to People magazine, Hilary admitted the pair weren�t on friendly terms in the past (which at the time she wouldn�t admit to.

The feud was apparently over Aaron Carter, whis said to have two-timed the pair in 2002, starting the fall-out that lasted almost five years.

"We are both adults and whatever happened, happened when we were young," Duff tells People magazine. "It's over."

And to prove it, Lindsay Lohan attended the release party of Duff�s new album Dignity on Monday, how very mature.

It is said the pair have also bonded on nights out, discussing Hilary�s ex boyfriend Joel madden�s new girlfriend Nicole Richie.

 "She's really fun," says Duff of Lohan. "We were hanging out the other night and she's a nice girl." Ah, a friendship based on nights out and bitching, our favourite type.
