Anna Nicole Smith DNA Case: Results Imminent

Howard K Stern�s appeal against DNA testing to decide the father of baby Danielynn, was thrown out of court yesterday (April 2).

Not only was the appeal dismissed, Stern was also ordered to pay a fine of �10000 to cover lawyer�s fees - �5,000 of which was for Larry Birkhead � for filing such a frivolous case. Anna Nicole Smith�s ex boyfriend, who also claims he is the father, website TMZ report.

This ruling has paved the way for the DNA case to continue, and rumours are rife that it could happen today.

New York Daily News report that the findings from the DNA Diagnostics Center are now clear to be presented by Dr Michael Baird who conducted the test. Baird refused to comment this morning, TMZ claim the case will take place next week.
