None of the 11 different types of medication found in Anna Nicole Smith�s hotel room were prescribed to the star. The Broward County Medical Examiner have confirmed.

FOX news anchor Greta Van Susteren obtained documents revealing that of the 11 drugs in her room, 8 were prescribed to Smith�s lawyer and boyfriend howard K Stern (who claims he�s the father of her baby Danielynn.)

A further two sets of medication were prescribed to Alex Katz and one was prescribed to Anna's personal psychiatrist, Dr. Khristine Eroshevich who also wrote all 11 prescriptions.

TMZ.com report that the chloral hydrate that was said to be the major cause of Anna's death (which interestingly enough was prescribed to Stern) was in a duffel bag in the hotel room.

As Anna was apparently too weak to get out of bed to go to the bathroom, questions arise as to how she managed to get out of bed, take the Chloral hydrate and then put it back in the bag.

The doctor who did the autopsy claims he asked Stern, Eroshevich and the bodyguard if they gave her the drugs and they all denied it.
