The one-legged estranged wife of Sir Paul McCartney says she agreed to appear on the show to promote disability awareness, but even she�s been shocked at how positive the reaction has been.

She says, �I wanted to show what I could do, to take the stigma away from the disability. But I'm touching people I didn't expect to touch."
