$100Million Plot To Kindnap Pitt And Jolie's Adopted Son

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are on alert after learning of a "credible" $100million plot to kidnap their newly-adopted Vietnamese son Pax Thein.    

The security around the couple has reportedly been tightened after their bodyguards heard of a "credible and meticulously planned" plan to snatch three-year old Pax.

"Information came out that leaders of the gang ordered their Los Angeles members to devise a plan to kidnap Pax before demanding a ransom of $100 million for his safe return. Brad and Angelina would have a number of days to hand over the money or risk the boy's life." a source told Life and Style Weekly magazine.

Angelina was apparently informed of the threat before she left for Vietnam to collect Pax earlier this month.
