Sharon Osbourne may be replacing Brandy as a judge on NBC's America's Got Talent.

The �Televisionary� blog is claiming that sources close to the production team revealed they want Brandy out due to her current legal troubles.

Brandy was involved in a fatal car crash late last year (December 2006) and is involved in both criminal and civil cases resulting from the accident.

Producers are said to no longer want Brandy to be attached to the show, due to the overwhelmingly negative publicity surrounding the case and are keen to get Sharon Osbourne on board after her success in British reality contest the X Factor, which is also produced by Simon Cowell�s production company.

If Sharon does get on board, she will be joining ex tabloid British newspaper editor Piers Morgan, David Hasselhoff and new host Jerry Springer.

The second season of America's Got Talent is expected to return to the schedule this summer.
