Richard Hammond Helps Top Gear Beat Record

Richard Hammond has helped BBC TV�s Top Gear show achieve record ratings with their current run.

Following the publicity around Hammond�s near fatal crash whilst filming the show at the end of last year viewing figures hit a massive 8 million this Sunday.

That figure is almost double that of last year, and means the BBC2 show beat competition from BBC1 and ITV to be the most watched show in it�s time slot.
