Controversial film Borat has been credited with actually increasing tourism in the country it derides, Kazakhstan.

Comdien Sasha Baron Cohen had been criticised by Kazak officials for making fun of their country in his hit film, but now travel agents have identified a trend dubbed the 'Borat Bounce'.

According to a new poll, the little-known central Asian country has now become the number one must see destination of 2007, especially amongst teenage fans of the movie.
