Anna Nicole Smith Judge Promises Friday Verdict

Judge Larry Seidlin has said he will decide who will get Anna Nicole Smith�s remains morning (Friday 23 February).

Seaidlin has imposed the deadline as the county chief�s medical examiner warned that Smith's body becomes too decomposed for public viewing.

The case boils down to a battle between Smith�s estranged mother Virgie Arthur and her lawyer turned boyfriend Howard K Stern.

Howard K Stern is also involoved in a separate paternity case to establish who is the father of Anna Nicole Smith�s five month old baby Danielynn. But that is another story�
