Oasis have revealed that they have around ten songs written that could appear on their new album.
The Manchester outfit admit they are in the early stages and are yet to hook up with their producer to discuss ideas, but some work has begun.
Speaking ahead of tonights appearance at the Brit Awards, Noel said: Our producer Dave Sardy is coming over for the Brits, so I guess well have a chat and kick around some ideas. Ive got eight songs that Im pretty happy with.
He continued to the NME: Liam has got one or two that he thinks are brilliant. I fancy doing some more elaborate with this one. Its about time.
Its not yet known when the follow-up to 2005s Dont Believe The Truth will see the light of day.
