The Who To Headline Glastonbury

The Who have confirmed they will be headlining this year�s Glastonbury festival.

The announcement was made yesterday (February 8), and the date will form part of their 2007 European tour.

Guitarist Pete Townshend said: �When I woke up this morning one of the things I thought about is that I�m so happy to be able to say to my 17 year old son Joseph that I�m headlining Glastonbury.�

The Who�s tour takes in 14 countries and 28 cities in Europe. Tickets go on sale Monday (February 12).
