Covering her career from Neighbours in 1987 onwards, the show will include everything from the dungarees worn in the famous Australian soap to the iconic gold hot pants from the Can�t Get You Out Of My Head video.
Launching the retrospective, Kylie told reporters: �I was actually speechless. It was a very strange feeling. I was so honoured and overwhelmed.�
The exhibition has already broken all records at the Victoria and Albert Museum, with 3,500 free advance tickets already snapped up even though it doesn�t open till Thursday.
Kylie made an appearance despite recently splitting from her long-term boyfriend Olivier Martinez. Asked how she felt considering the recent events Kylie said �I�m here tonight, it�s all good.�
