Heather Mills, according to a UK newspaper, is converting to Catholicism.

She is hoping to find solace in the Catholic faith after her split from former Beatle  Sir Paul McCartney.

Priest to the stars Father Michael Seed was quoted saying that he wanted to �convert� Heather Mills, who is an Anglican.

Mills was spotted talking to the priest �for a very long time� at a Hyde Park appeal fundraiser, which has sparked rumours that she is willing to convert.

The media has made no secret of its distain for the former model. And Ms Mills has made no secret of her feelings of hurt and pain, caused by the media's negative portrayal of her.

Father Seed refused to comment on whether Mills is considering to convert.
