Sylvester Stallone may still be going strong in the ring at 60 but it means he�s had to cut down in other areas.

The Rocky star says that during the filming of the latest movie he had to keep it in his pants to conserve energy.

He told MSNBC: "At 60 you don't have as much energy as you did back when you were 30, so you have to conserve every bit you can."

"Giving up sex isn't really that hard to do and it's well known that it can improve your performance in sports - or on a movie."
