Pamela Anderson has vehemently campaigned against the launch of a commemorative KFC postage stamp.
The busty blonde, best known for her role in Baywatch, is an active and vocal member of the animal charity PETA, and has written a furiously penned letter to the US Postmaster slamming Colonel Sanders-the founder of KFC.
In Andersons view, Colonel Sanders should not be honoured for his abhorrent treatment of chickens and, furthermore, it would be totally unethical to portray his image on a postage stamp in celebration of his 'work'.
In the angry letter to John E Potter she writes, "Honouring a man whose legacy involves breaking animals' bones and scalding animals to death in defeathering tanks is contrary to the values of most compassionate citizens, and I hope that you'll deny KFC's request. How about another Elvis stamp instead?"
