A court in the Bahamas is set to launch an official inquest into the death of Anna Nicole Smiths son Daniel.
Chief Magistrate Roger Gomez announced the news saying: "There are a lot of unanswered questions surrounding Daniel's death that we want to clear up.
Daniel died in Doctors hospital in Nassau on September 10 just three days after his mother gave birth to his half sister Dannielynn.
There will apparently be over 20 witnesses called to testify in the inquest which will begin on March 26.
It will cover more than the 12 hours that Daniel was in the Bahamas leading up to his death and will include the period before when he was in California.
Anna Nicole Smiths lawyers are expected to challenge the inquest in an attempt to have it quashed.
