Baby David was described by the star as a �champion tantrum thrower� and that, at home, he is referred to as �King David�.
The pop star is yet to secure a nanny for the tot, but it is not known whether his behaviour has anything to do with it.

Angelina Jolie, who also has two adopted children, allegedly �warned� Madonna over the adoption as she chose to adopt from a country without a proper legal framework.
Whilst speaking on the show, Madonna insisted that �everything was kosher in terms of legal�.
