The five-year-old song of the late James Brown has not been included in his will, lawyers said yesterday.
Brown�s son with Tomi Rae Hynie, James Jr., is the only one of his seven children not to receive a cut if his estate.
The Godfather of Soul�s lawyer Buddy Dallas said that the will was read in Aiken, South Carolina but has not been formally filed in a probate court.
Speaking about Brown�s home, Dallas said that is owned by James Brown�s trust. He said: �Technically the trustees own it for the benefit of the trust.
�It was not in the name of James Brown and hasn�t been that way for years.�
