James Brown's Son Facing Shock Paternity Test

James Brown�s son is now facing an paternity test following the legendary singer�s death on Christmas Day.

According to the BBC, the Godfather of Soul instructed lawyers to carry out the test on James Joseph Brown II, 5, in the event of his death.

Brown apparently did not want the test carried out in his life time, but wanted it done following his death for �the rest of his family�s sake�.

James Joseph was born on 11 June 2001 to Tommy Rae Hynie, who became the singer's fourth wife the following year.
