Smith�s ex-boyfriend, Larry Birkhead claims that he is the father of Dannilyn, while Smith maintains that her ex-lawyer and current squeeze Howard K Stern is the child�s father.
A statement from Luck Media & Marketing yesterday read: "Los Angeles Superior Court has ruled today that Anna Nicole Smith and three-month-old baby daughter Dannielynn are ordered to submit to paternity testing."
Birkhead is said to be relieved by the court�s decision, he said yesterday: "Christmas has come early, and I thank God that I will soon have the opportunity to prove that I am the father ... and eventually hold her in my arms."
Maybe they will find out once and for all who is the baby�s daddy�
