Pink Floyd Giant Eyeballs Go For £16,500

Two giant eyeballs used on the front cover of a Pink Floyd DVD have gone for �16,500 at a charity auction.

The massive 6ft props were sold via eBay with the highest bidder coming in after 46 bids.

All profits from the sale will be going to the homeless charity Crisis.

The idea was initiated by David Gilmour who is vice-president of the charity and was fuelled by the need to provide more for the homeless in the cold winter months.
