Arctic Monkeys are reportedly hoping to record a track with Dizzee Rascal.

If the tabloids are to be believed, frontman Alex Turner came down to London yesterday to speak with Dizzee about the collaboration.

The pair met at the Reading and Leeds festivals this year and became close friends.

As previously reported, Arctic Monkeys have spent recent months putting the finishing touches to their eagerly anticipated second album at the Motor Museum in Liverpool.

It�s not yet clear whether the Dizzee Rascal track will appear on the album.
