The super skinny sleb was arrested earlier this week after she was spotted driving the wrong way down a Californian highway.
When questioned by police she admitted to smoking pot and taking Vicodin, her booking sheet claimed that she weighed a mere 85 pounds, proving she is as thin as she looks.
However, Richie has been quick to defend herself, a source close to the starlet claims that the figure was inaccurate and that Richie actually weighs around 95 pounds.
The source said to the Bosh: "She doesn't know where the cops came up with 85 pounds and it's annoying to her�She's so proud of her weight gain."
The friendly source also stated that Richie had been taking Vicodin for period pains and not to get high.
"She knows she made a mistake, but overall she's in a better place. She has come a long way from her heroin days."
Heroin or Vicodin, she is still being an ass.
