Music legend Bob Dylan has threatened to sue film makers over the portrayal of him in new film �Factory Girl�.
Dylan believes that the character of Billy Quinn in the film is based on him and wants Quinn taken out of the film.
The film, starring Sienna Miller and Hayden Christensen, tells the story of artist Edie Sedgwick who allegedly had an affair with Dylan and was also a muse for artist Andy Warhol.
Dylan claims that the film shows him rejecting Sedgwick; a move that led to her depression and eventual suicide.
Despite attempts to cover up Dylan�s identity, lawyers for him want the release of �Factory Girl� delayed until they can view the final version.
In a letter to the Yaris Film Group, responsible for �Factory Girls� Dylan�s lawyers write: �The folk singer in the film wears a leather coat, uses a harmonica brace and performs solo.
�It is undeniable that the public at large will reasonably recognize Billy Quinn to be Mr Dylan.�
