Hollywood heavy weight Tom Cruise has toppled chat show host Oprah Winfrey from the top spot of Entertainment Tonight�s annual Top 20 Stars of the Year list.

Oprah had reigned supreme for two years, but this year her least favourite couples have usurped her.

She is now in sixth place while Cruise is at number 1 and his new wife Katie Holmes is at number five; she must be furious.

However, things are worse for Britney Spears who has fallen off the list all together! That just shows the power underwear really has.

4. Anna Nicole Smith
5. Katie Holmes
6. Oprah Winfrey
7. Jennifer Aniston
